Beginning: Consultation Intro
When our initial consultation takes place, we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine how I can help you reach your personal goals. We will be able to see if we are a good match and if this approach will work for you. Even this first session will demonstrate how a holistic, individualized approach can make a major difference in your life. My initial research for this consultation will be based on information you provide to me prior to our consultation, including any health history and existing problems. My research based on information you provide will precede our actual consultation and is free of charge. Following this research we will have a consultation which often lasts up to 90 minutes, where we will discuss my findings, and which therapies may benefit you. This initial consultation fee is $175.00

Nutrition
As a Holistic Health Counselor it is my joy to guide each individual in finding his or her balance in all of these areas.In 1987 I graduated from the French Culinary Institute. At this time I also attended several classes at Annemarie Colbin, Ph.D, Ches. School of Natural Gourmet Cookery. Which is the oldest natural foods cooking school in the country. It is also the only one licensed by the New York State Education Department and accredited to offer a career Chef's Training Program in natural foods cooking. Intuitively I knew I must incorporate both flavorful foods and healing foods so that each individual's needs are not only met nutritionally, but with a pleased palate utilizing a diet that suits their individual body type and lifestyle. This path led me to the the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. They are accredited by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. And they are the only holistic nutrition school in the world integrating all different dietary theories, from the ancient traditions of Ayurveda, macrobiotics and Chinese medicine to the most current concepts like raw foods, At kins diet, blood type diets, the Zone and the USDA Healthy Eating Pyramid. And it is for this reason I proud to say I am a graduate of their school.

Like most of us, you have probably tried a variety of diets, and may even have managed to do well on some for a few weeks or even months. However, the emphasis such diets place on willpower, deprivation and denial is both unnecessary and counter-productive. The reality is that, unless you have a plan that is practical, works with your lifestyle, and takes your individuality into account, it will not last. I can help you to create such a plan.

Conventional dietary theories present you with food restrictions and limitations that are difficult to sustain over time. Such quick fixes do nothing to help you achieve life-long wellness nor do they bring out the body's natural inclination toward balance. Together, we will introduce new and healthful foods and activities, gently and slowly. As you start to feel better, these habits have a natural tendency to take hold and ease out the less healthful ones.
As you become more physically fit, other areas of your life such as relationships, career and creativity start to improve. You will naturally begin to crave those foods and activities that make you feel better, and to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you.

Yolanda's Spirit Guided Healings: Absentee Energy Balancing
As I go further in my path of healing and assisting others I have been given a modality through spirit for a very deep energetic healing process that is long distance. I also am incorporating this in my practice. With all this being said I am able to monitor and assist my clients in a much deeper level and can help them grow and move quicker in their process of Health, Mind, Body and Spirit. These should be done for a minimum of two weeks. They are done daily as I check in with you on an absentee basis.Spirit quite unexpectedly has shown me a way to connect with you so that a deeper healing can take place. No one thing happens that I can describe to you as this process varies not only with each individual, but with each healing day. For instance lets say our journey began because you are experiencing headaches. I may see this information as either a mental, emotional or physical one. Your spirit may ask me to tell you something that you're not consciously aware of that is blocking you. The translations are endless and most often surprising. Some days your higher self "spirit" may just require energy balancing. These healings are very profound and deep. YET, the key to this is your own participation as the information I receive is fed back to you and its ultimately your higher self and conscious self acceptance or preparedness to accomplish what we set out to do. During these sessions I also find myself maneuvering energy in the body as I see it. However, back to the point of your participating, I have been asked to do this on some and when attempted to do so, been rejected by their higher self. When this happens there is no judgment, but I tell the person and often another modality is used. This technique has been used for the most part in the testimonials here.

Homeopathy
The ultimate vibrational medicine in a bottle.
I am a Diplomat of the American Academy of Clinical Homeopathy. I am also an eternal student of homeopathy as new discoveries are made each day.
Our discoveries will empower you to be your own primary healer, and you will be able to take charge of your own health. First, a thorough health history will be taken, and from there we may spend anywhere from one to two hours discussing your history, inclusive of family history, that will enable me as a Clinical Homeopath to formulate a custom remedy suited to your individual needs. This remedy will work on most of the predominate issues that you came with and change according to your own healing process. Support, toning and detoxifying of major organs are most often included in your custom formula.
Healing with homeopathy is much like the flower opening up in rows of petals. It is often referred to as the peeling away of layers such as that of an onion. Removing the last layer of illness first until you are clear. While this is true, I like to see it more as your expansion and clearing. Moving out toxins free the stiffness in the body and stimulates and supports the organs to function more efficiently. Homeopathic remedies are NON-toxic.
In some cases, we will use technology to assist your emotional state of being. I am equipped with an Auric Replicator that will allow us to develop specific remedies for your own individual emotional needs.
With or without the Auric Replicator, our goal is to target and address the range of emotional, mental & physical issues you may be experiencing from acute, recently active or long term deep chronic issues.

Reconnection
Reconnections are wonderful! Using light bandwidth and frequencies. As above, so below. It reconnects us to the universe and ourselves and the reality of its existence has been proven in scientific labs. Medical Doctors are using The Reconnection.
How often have you heard people say they don't feel connected to time as we know it or that they feel out of sync? The weather patterns are changing and children are developing differently? And every now and then you go through what feels like a period of having to readjust to some schedule you can't see? And just when you feel you've got it, here comes a new wave of energy? Your body isn't doing what your brain wants or visa versa? You may even have a disease you feel isn't connected to you. In a word, you just don't feel *connected* to world or universe. Kofutu
When we chose Kofutu Healing, we can be addressing many different areas of life. We do this via the symbols used in Kofutu and you are a copartner in this transformation. That is because most often we are releasing unwanted energy patterns in life that, once removed, clears the path for regeneration of body, mind, spirit and even the material world around you. So it is not surprising that we can even use Kofutu on all living things such as animals and plants!Kofutu is done in person or as an absent healing. It is wonderful to witness the Spiritual growth and deeper understanding of oneself through this process.

So that you understand better what I do, and what you can do once you learn Kofuto: understand that Kofutu healing is similar to Reiki but the hand placement is a little different and you must be doing or thinking strings of symbols for each objective.
Absent healing scripts are addressed level by level and become more intense as more information is given/received for deeper healings and more scripts are added.
In person, in the spiritual higher levels we are working with are aura healing chains. These are done over the course of a month of intensive healings. For more on this please contact me as it is very involved.

EMF Phases I-VIII Sessions
What is an EMF session?
An EMF Balancing Technique® session is an experience of one's own electromagnetic energy field (EMF stands for electromagnetic field) and the patterns within it.Each session lasts about an hour. The recipient is on a massage table while the practitioner carries out a series of graceful Tai chi-like movements. Most of the movements involve the passing of the practitioner's hands through the portions of the Universal Calibration Lattice (UCL) of the client that completely surround the body to a distance of 2 feet all around. During some parts of the session the practitioner will gently place their hands on the body to facilitate the flow of energy.
Each session results in a strengthening of the UCL, allowing it to permanently carry a greater electrical charge. While the procedure for each session is the same every time, the calibration (or strengthening) is unique to each person receiving the session. The calibration is determined by their inner wisdom, an expression of their personal electromagnetic configuration.
The balancing of the energy field begins as you lie comfortably on a massage table.
First, the field is "prepared" as universal energy flows from the practitioner's hands and through your energy anatomy. This may create a warm, tingling, relaxed sensation. (note: this is universal energy, not the practitioner's personal energy)
Then the "clearing" process begins as the fibers of energy are stretched. A feeling of strings of energy being gently pulled is not uncommon. This is part of the calibration process within the energy system of the Universal Calibration Lattice.
Next, during the "balancing" process, the practitioner places their hands on several energy centers (chakras). This touch often creates perceptible temperature changes within the body and leads into the final adjustments or "closing" of the energy session. A unique feature of this non-invasive procedure is a cool or cold energy flow that often accompanies the more traditional warm or hot "healing" energy.
Why have an EMF session?
There are many reasons people come for an EMF Balancing Technique® session, from a desire to relax, a desire to "heal", a desire to understand Self...Each session provides a powerful realignment within the energy anatomy which strengthens the Universal Calibration Lattice. This is an important factor to being in partnership with the unified energy field or the Cosmic Lattice.

Signature Cell Healing
This modality could be done in person, as well as Long distance. Signature Cell Healing™ is a non-invasive touch healing modality which focuses energy on the “signature cell,” or God cell, which lies within the pineal gland. This all-important cell holds the memory of our cellular perfection and our original life blueprint. The reawakening of this signature cell allows for a return to optimum health and balance in all four bodies: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I am a Level 1 and 2 Practitioner.
Theta Healing
Basic DNA introduces ThetaHealing™ techniques and focuses on activating the 12 strands of DNA within each participant. The chronos, or youth and vitality chromosome is activated, the telomeres are strengthened to reverse the aging process, and students experience an opening to the Unconditional Love of the Creator.
The heart of this technique allows you to change life patterns held in place by core, genetic, historic and soul beliefs, either self inflicted or externally imposed. The student will learn to identify his/her own beliefs as well as to practice pulling them for others in the class. This practice can quickly reveal systems of belief that might take traditional psychotherapy years to uncover, showing the body how to replace limiting beliefs or feelings with positive ones. Issues of safety are emphasized, especially when making genetic changes in the body.
